My name is Pablo Rodriguez and I'm a sous chef with Prezzo Boca Raton. I am from Mendoza, Argentina and have lived in FL for the last 21 years. I have been in the industry for 12 years where I've made many friends and have had the pleasure to learn recipes and techniques from very talented Chefs. I enjoy spending my time  fishing , playing futbol and most importantly with my son Benjamin and my wife Samantha.
