Edward Pozzuoli, the proprietor of P Hospitality, boasts a commendable 18-year tenure in the restaurant industry. Embarking on an illustrious career, he commenced his journey from the grassroots, initially as a busboy. Progressing through diverse roles, from tending bar to assuming managerial responsibilities, Edward garnered a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies within the culinary landscape.

Graduating with a finance degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010, Edward returned to his Coral Springs hometown to contribute to and expand his family's Italian restaurant. Despite humorously attributing his persistence in the restaurant industry to being a "gluten for punishment," his dedication reflects a genuine passion for the field.

In 2019, Edward orchestrated the sale of his family's restaurant and acquired Prezzo in Boca Raton, marking his entry into the competitive Palm Beach County market. Demonstrating adept crisis management during the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic, Edward not only revitalized Prezzo in Boca Raton but also expanded by inaugurating a second Prezzo location in Palm Beach Gardens.

The success of the Prezzo establishments prompted the establishment of P Hospitality, a company led by Edward and his wife, Christina, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Recent portfolio expansion includes the acquisition of Corvina Seafood Grill in East Boca, signaling Edward's commitment to further building on their successes and exploring new ventures.

Edward Pozzuoli, residing in Deerfield Beach with his wife and two sons, Eddie Jr and Vinny, along with their goldendoodle Biscuit, continues to exemplify his dedication to the culinary realm and the growth of P Hospitality.
