Julian was born in Chicago, Il. He started his career at Siena Tavern. Julian relocated to Delray Beach for the opening of Apeiro, and a couple years later found his home at Prezzo. Julian has been cooking Italian for 10 years and really enjoys it. In his free time he loves playing sports.
